PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

James Errante joined NKF Consulting as Managing Director. He has effectively served as the “face” of each of his past two companies and expanded the business by networking within a varied pool of potential direct clients as well as with those who may be in a position to provide referral business.

Prior to joining NKF Consulting, Mr. Errante held the position of project manager for United Construction Management.  While there, he provided project coordination and scheduling for multiple projects ranging from $100,000 to $7M for a large corporate client.  Mr. Errante provided full project management services including coordinating and reviewing bid documents, meeting with clients, and reviewing and negotiation submittals.

Mr. Errante also served as Property Manager for J.A. Green Development Corporation. His duties included managing in excess of a combined $3M SF of light industrial, office, and warehouse space. Mr. Errante managed lease negotiations, tenant dispute settlements, tenant renovations and schedules and budgets.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Errante holds an associates degree in Applied Science from the State University of New York.  In 2007 he attended the NYU School of Continuing Education concentrating on courses in Project Management. Mr. Errante was also a proud member of the New York City Police Department from 1984-1988.
