PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Jeff Estep is the founder of NKF Consulting. Mr. Estep founded NKF Consulting (formerly Honour Project Management) after a sixteen year tenure with UPS as their Corporate Materials Management Manager.  In addition to being responsible for all new buildings and refurbishing work both nationally and internationally, Mr. Estep redesigned UPS's procurement procedures.  Under Mr. Estep’s guidance, the new procurement system was successfully integrated with UPS's new Oracle-based accounting system.  Mr. Estep also created a Standardization Program for UPS Buildings, which resulted in savings of more than $25 million in its first year.

Mr. Estep has assembled a dynamic group of project managers, engineers, consultants, architects, Six Sigma Black Belts, and designers, all of whom embrace his passion for meeting and exceeding the client's expectations.

Mr. Estep’s primary expertise is in project management, process redesign, work place strategies and asset management.  Through process redesign and procurement strategies, Mr. Estep has assisted multiple companies in increasing productivity while reducing occupancy costs.  Mr. Estep provides his clients with a single point of accountability for a project team, providing true value from Strategy through Implementation.  Mr. Estep has created a company with an International footprint coupled with a network of suppliers and service providers that enable him to ensure budgets and timelines are adhered to no matter the scope or location.

Clients Mr. Estep has worked with include: North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, UPS, Tenet Healthcare, Double Click, Shaw Carpet, Micromuse, Zyman International, Ogletree Deakins Nash and Smoak, Nationwide Credit, Symbol Technologies, Hall Booth, Balser Corporation, Neighborhood Health, Exide Corporation, Assurant, Munich American Reassurance Company, Orix, Lafarge, and Marriott International.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Estep is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he majored in Economics and minored in Finance.
