PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Jim Meader joined NKF Consulting as a Senior Project Manager in the company’s Western Region office.  Mr. Meader brings with him over 22 years of experience in the Project Management industry.  He has directed project management departments for CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Viasource Communications and Cox Communications. 

After years of leading in-house project management departments, as well as managing the operations of regional project management offices for two national real estate and project management firms, Mr. Meader has developed and mastered the standard processes and effective communication tactics for ensuring quality project completions that meet both budgetary and scheduling requirements. 

Furthermore, Mr. Meader’s extensive project management experience extends into the corporate services arena.  Mr. Meader has developed and implemented corporate operating systems for numerous companies including Northrop Grumman, Mericom Corporation, Cox Communications, Viasource Communications, Systems Source, Inc., Loral Aeronutronic, and various others.  He has managed the lease negotiation, design, construction and relocation of clients into spaces ranging from 20,000 SF to over 200,000 SF. 

Mr. Meader’s expertise spans from managing the procurement for small retail shops to creating and implementing subcontract management plans to managing the complete construction of a new 300,000 SF corporate headquarters /manufacturing facility for a large west coast missile manufacturing company.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Meader holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from National University.
